In fairly rare situations, we choose to keep feedback internally for a couple of reasons. Most often, we keep this feedback for data protection reasons. If phone numbers, full names, or email addresses are included, we cannot publish this feedback on our website. We may also choose to keep feedback internally that includes information about prices, as these are dynamic, may change, and could misinform future users.
