It's possible for feedback to be rejected, and if your feedback is rejected it won't go towards your £5 bonus credit! This is why it's really important to ensure that your feedback is helpful and informative.
Spam: We will reject feedback if it is unhelpful for other users. Feedback must be coherent and constructive for approval. A string of meaningless letters that makes it seem like you've hit the keyboard repeatedly with your eyes shut won't cut it!
Offensive: Constructive feedback is great and we encourage it. However, abuse and/or discriminatory remarks of any kind are as a matter of principle unacceptable. We also do not advise swearing on our feedback system. As a rule of thumb, if you have anything to criticise, criticise the services, not the qualities of the people.
Duplicate: If a cluster of very similar feedback is left for the same gym in a short space of time. For example, if a user visits the same gym on three consecutive occasions and leaves feedback like "Big gym nice facilities," this runs the risk of rejection for duplication.
