If you decide to cancel your Monthly+ Pass during your initial 14 day cooling off period, you can receive a refund for the pass, minus the value of any visits you have made.
During the cooling off period:
Before you cancel your pass, you should be aware of our 14-day "cooling off" period. Our cooling off period means that if you cancel your pass within the first 14 days of purchase, it will be cancelled immediately, and you will receive a refund for the cost of the pass, minus the value of the visits you have made to any gyms according to the day pass price of the venue(s).
Here's an example. Let's say that there's a club with a Day Pass that costs £5, and a Monthly+ Pass that costs £25. If you purchased a Monthly+ Pass for this club on day 1 (day 1 being the first day of your Monthly+ Pass), made 1 visit between days 2-14, and then decided to cancel your pass on any day between days 2-14, you would be entitled to a refund of £20, because the Day Pass price for the club on our website is £5. This applies to all gyms on our website that offer Monthly+ Passes. The cooling off period only applies to people who are in the first month of their Monthly+ Pass.
After the cooling off period:
If you cancel your pass outside your cooling off period, we cannot offer refunds. However, your pass would remain active until the end of your billing cycle. For instance, if you were to cancel the pass you purchased after the cooling off period, you would not receive a refund, but you would be able to continue to use the gym's facilities until the end of your billing cycle.
Additionally, we usually do not refund Monthly+ Passes if they have renewed even if you were unaware that the subscription was rolling. We specify the rolling nature of our Monthly+ Pass in many places during the checkout process, shortly after purchase, as well as in our FAQs section.
