Day Passes & FitFix:
Once you've generated a PIN code, it is site and person specific. This means that your PIN code is active only at the gym which you purchased the pass for. You can only generate PIN codes for the club that you purchased the pass to visit with Day and FitFix Passes.
If you've bought a pass for a PureGym, haven't yet generated the PIN code to enter the club, but want to change the branch you'd like to visit, then you can contact us. You can find our contact information here. We'll cancel the pass and then re-purchase a new one for the club that's more convenient for you.
To tell whether or not a PIN code has been generated for your pass, check your My Passes page by navigating the drop-down menu from our homepage. If there are 8 stars next to your PureGym pass with a box prompting you to generate a PIN code, then the PIN has not yet been generated. This means that you can contact us and we can simply re-purchase a pass for a different PureGym for you.
If you have a Monthly+ Pass, you can visit multiple PureGyms provided access is included. You'll be able to view the PureGym clubs you have access to through your PayAsUGym account. However, you will need to generate a PIN code each time you wish to visit a specific PureGym branch. Once this PIN code has been generated, it is specific to that branch. If you want to go elsewhere, you'll have to generate a new PIN code.
