Once you've purchased a pass for a PureGym, head to the My Passes section of your PayAsUGym account and you'll see the option to generate a PIN code next to your PureGym pass. Once you click through to generate your PIN code you'll be asked to agree to PureGym's terms and conditions.
Click "Accept and generate PIN code", and you'll be provided with an 8-digit code. This 8-digit code will only work at the PureGym listed. You'll be able to view your PIN code once you've accepted the terms and conditions.
You will be sent your PIN code via email and SMS from PureGym. It will also be available through your PayAsUGym account. PureGym's entrances are not manned - they are digital. To gain access to the PureGym, you will have to enter the 8-digit code on the keypads next to the entry doors.
Once you generate a PIN code, it will only be active until 23:59 on the day that you purchased it. If you don't use the PIN code to enter a PureGym within this period, this counts as a redemption and your visit will expire (only applicable to Day Passes, FitFix5s and FitFix10s).
If there is reasonable cause for your inability to visit the gym after generating a PIN code, please get in touch with our customer support team and we'll do what we can to supply you with a refund.
