To resolve the problem, just get in touch with us via LiveChat, over the phone, or by email, and include the number or email address that you're trying to add to your account. We'll then clear any clashing details from the old account, or remind you of the old account - whichever you would prefer. If necessary, we can then update any details for you. Once this has been done, you'll be able to log in to your account, enabling you to purchase and use your passes!
